So... Bellrose is on October the twenty-seventh. For those of you that don't know, Bellrose is another anime convention, much smaller than animethon, but a convention none the less. It's being held in St.Albert, which I might remind you guys is closer to Edmonton than Sherwood Park. Which, for an out of town convention, is pretty close. There's some pros and some cons to this event, so let me list them out for you:

Cons:
- It's very small. Small con = less merchandise. As well, it won't be as pumped up as what you think it'll be.
- It only lasts one day. So making props is pretty well useless aside from the joy of having something done long before Animethon.
- It's probably going to be colder than Animethon. Colder is almost always a bad thing, right?
- It's out of town. So your parents might not be as... Allowing, if you get what I mean.

Pros:
- It's not that far from Edmonton.
- Smaller con = less of a culture shock for those who haven't been to a con before. A.K.A., the molestation level should drop drastically.
- Not to sound snotty, but smaller con also = worse cosplayers. I went to animethon, and there were a large amount of pretty terrible ones, not to be offensive. So, odds are, we'll be pretty good.
- Colder weather = Costumes that can be excessively black or heavy without being uncomfortable.

Think of it as a debut convention for our little cosplay group.
Sooo, anyone who wants to go: We won't have time to pull together more coats yet. Buuut, seeing as it's so close to Halloween...
I say we do a Halloween-Town themed cosplay. If that's alright with y'all. If not, then suggest some ideas please~

Also:
Remember the 'Funds' idea? Well I decided that wasn't working out too well. If I were you guys, I wouldn't want to be giving money away to one of you guys mindlessly just to see nothing being done with it. So instead of that, we're going to try something different:
Every month, I'll get together with one of you guys, starting priority first (Meaning, I know Janelle is going to cosplay with me at Animethon as a definite, so her coat's probably going to get made first.) and moving up. I'm going to ask you to start saving up money for enough fabric (You should be saving up around fourty bucks, my savings included) and we'll set up dates to get together and assemble. This is where a person who knows how to use a sewing machine steps in, hint-hint. Any other members can join us for the assembling if you want, seeing as we're a team... Kinda, and yeah.
Btw, I have five sweaters here at my house. Does anyone want them? xD;
